CANCELLATION POLICY
At BBL BADDIES, we value your time and ours. To ensure the best experience and availability for all of our clients, we have established a strict cancellation policy. Cancellations must be made at least 30 days prior to your scheduled appointment. Any cancellations made less than 30 days before your appointment will result in a full forfeiture of your deposit and will not be eligible for rescheduling or refund. All deposits are strictly non-refundable & non-transferable once your appointment is booked, regardless of circumstance. This includes illness, travel delays, or personal emergencies. Please be certain of your availability before booking your session. By booking with us, you are agreeing to this policy in full. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in respecting our time and commitment to providing quality care to each of our clients. Additionally, we do not offer refunds of any kind.
